Yes, we are back and so excited to be back.
We took a long break to reevaluate our goals with our blog, page and business and we also had a baby which has been the biggest blessing. People love to poo poo on having kids but in all seriousness, E has brought so much joy and love into our lives.
Since taking a little hiatus we got married, had a baby, went to Vancouver for our honeymoon, visited Cierra's family in Ontario, Mike's dad came to visit, and of course, we have been navigating the wonderful season of parenthood. E is almost 9 months old and we can't believe how time has flown by. It was just a second ago that he was a tiny little baby now he's almost walking and talking. WILD!
So, what else is new you ask?
Well, we are focusing on sharing our favourite things; food, tourism, family, business and our favourite products. We want our page to be a comfortable place for people to find fun things to do, recipes to try, places to explore, products to check out and maybe be inspired creatively.
We have already worked with some incredible brands and hope to continue to work with brands that share similar values.
We also just want to share because we love creating content, taking photos (Mike) and writing (Cierra),
We want to keep up with our blog so if you have any ideas for us to share, let us know. We are always looking to serve and help others so send us a message or comment below.

We are Cierra and Mike! We met almost 3 years ago while Cierra was travelling across the country at a photography and blog event in Cape Breton. It was pretty much love at first sight and since Cierra got back from her trip in August 2019, we have been inseparable ever since.
Our relationship sounds like a fairytale but we believe God had a plan for us to be together and find each other through the wild seasons we were in at the time. In September of 2019, we started this blog and our instagram Cierra and Mike. We wanted to make a page to share our journey and inspire others to get out and travel. And here we are almost 3 years later.
After the creation of the pages, we ended up moving to Nova Scotia for a bit, then to Kelowna, and now we are in the Kootenays nestled in a very small village with our two dogs Buni and Blu and of course our son.
We kind of have a joke that we are always go, go, go and soon it will slow down but to be frank with you, it hasn't really slowed down since we met and we kind of enjoy that. God is always keeping us on our toes, refining our hearts, and just keeping an open mind to what He wants for us and that's really cool.
Now for 2022, we kind of have an idea of where we want to take things but at the end of the day it's up to God and that's okay. We are trusting and surrendering to His way and we will see where His gracious heart takes us.
In the meantime, we are happy and grateful to be back and look forward to getting to know YOU!!!
