spicy tofu ramen



Ramen:

  • one pack of your favourite ramen

  • a quarter of a carrot

  • a quarter of an onion

  • a handful of bean sprouts

  • 6-7 broccoli florets

  • a handful of sliced mushrooms

  • a handful of bok choy

  • a teaspoon of soy sauce

  • a quarter teaspoon of Caverndars Greek Seasoning or your favourite all purpose seasoning


Tofu:

  • a quarter of a pack of extra firm tofu

  • a teaspoon of chilli garlic sauce

  • a teaspoon of soy sauce

  • a teaspoon of olive oil


Instructions:

  1. Add 2 cups of water to a pot and put on medium to high heat to start boiling for ramen.

  2. Cut all your veggies the way you like them best

  3. Cut that tofu into nice cubes

  4. Combine chilli, garlic sauce and soy sauce

  5. Toss the tofu in all that sauce

  6. Preheat a frying pan with olive oil on medium to high heat

  7. Fry tofu for 7-10 minutes turning once you see them browning.

  8. Take tofu off heat once it's nice and crispy

  9. Once the pot of water is boiling, add ramen noodles and all veggies.

  10. Add the ramen spice pack, a splash of soy sauce and Caverndars Greek Seasoning or your favourite seasoning for taste

  11. Let simmer for a few minutes until noodles are to your liking.

  12. Take off heat, pour into a bowl and top with tofu.
