pita pizzas

Plant based & delicious.


  • 2 tablespoons of Black Olives

  • ½ cup of Oyster Mushrooms diced

  • 1 Roma Tomato sliced

  • ½ Red Pepper

  • 1 White Onion diced

  • 1 head of Broccoli

  • Spinach for topping

  • 1 ½ slices of Earth Balance Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1 Can of tomato sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Yves ground round

  • ½ cup of cubed Smoked Tofu

  • 2 Pitas

  1. Preheat Oven to 400

  2. Slice all them veggies up nice and good

  3. Saute peppers, onions, mushrooms and broccoli

  4. Smear sauce on pita

  5. Place veggie ground or tofu or both if you’re feeling wild

  6. Place cheeese (although C put cheese first)

  7. Add veggies

  8. Bake for 10 mins or depending on your oven watch carefully until the pita is crispy and the cheese is nice and ooey gooey.

  9. ** Add spinach a minute or two before taking out of the oven.

  10. Serve with a nice simple side salad

  11. Get STUFT
