We love making bread so we compiled our favourite recipes.
We love trying new recipes and seeing what works and doesn't. We love tweaking recipes and adding our own spin on them. Sometimes we use honey in bread and sometimes we use sugar. Sometimes we add spices and other times we don't. It's great to experiment and try new things in the kitchen. We also think it's great to memorize a simple bread recipe in case the internet takes a dive, but that's just us. Another thing you can experiment with is different flours. You will find different flours will change the taste and texture.
Another tip: use a scale to measure your ingredients. This was a game-changer for us on many of our favourite recipes.
Our two favourites flours are Robin Hood Organic and Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 flour for gluten-free.
