This week we are inspired by someone who is always persevering with grace, sharing her experiences with an open heart and supporting others on their journey.
We met Jessica months ago at Creatives Weekend in Cape Breton. She walked into our cabin with her finance Zach, dog Frieda and brought so much joy and kindness to the room.
From that moment on, we both knew we would stay connected with Jess, Zach and Frieda and guess what? We did.
Jessica aka @MappingWellness is inspiring us this week because she is a model of what showing up looks like.
Jess is a warrior with MECFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) and POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia) and when she is experiencing the pain she still shows up for her body, mind and soul and the most inspiring thing is, she shares it all online to be real with others about her journey.
She talks about the good, the difficult and what she is learning and we absolutely love that about her. She is the real deal.
"Even on our good days, we all fight battles. I think there's a lot of power in sharing the weight. And although I'm *real* on MappingWellness I'm not fully transparent. I don't have it all together. I'm just figuring it out alongside you guys."
We can't get enough of her content around health and wellness and we love watching her insta stories.
She shows us the importance of taking care of ourselves and why showing up even just to stretch is vital to our mental, physical and emotional health.

Jess is authentic, raw and refreshing.
